Francisco Lucas Briosa Font, a man, wrote FranciscoLucas Llana in Madrid in 1570. He referred to it as a "Bastarda," using the Spanish word for a cursive hand; nevertheless, in technical terms, it is a humanistic cursive, or Chancery form of writing.
